Zine 2
Zine for Zines: Collage, Xerox, Mail Art course taken SQ24 at Seattle University
For my second zine, in continuation of my exploration of aesthetics and its purpose in visual work, I chose to base my topic on my trip to the MET Museum in New York where I had for the first time profoundly experienced art. I chose a painting for each spread and wrote its background and/or my own experiences with the works, using design elements to uniquely portray each piece on every spread. Conceptually I was heavily inspired by the book The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt that Iād been reading at the time.
